Meet JESSICA

I am a therapist, supervisor, and consultant with a passion for facilitating healing, hope, and growth in response to painful and traumatic experiences. I understand that surviving childhood trauma, abuse, assault, unhealthy relationships, loss and other tragedies can leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and unsure how to move forward. It takes courage to recruit help when you feel vulnerable. You deserve support with the right balance of compassion, curiosity and expertise to begin the work of recovering and transforming. You have an innate potential to move towards health, and my role is to be responsive and creative in helping you access your potential.

In order to accomplish your goals, I incorporate research supported approaches including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness. These methods work with your brain’s organic ability to transform limiting beliefs, overwhelming emotions and physical sensations. When you work through blocks you access your power to live in a more adaptive and meaningful way.

My education includes a Masters in Professional Counseling, advanced training in trauma care, and trauma informed yoga training. I am a Board Approved Supervisor in Texas and provide guidance for counselors working towards licensure. As a clinical consultant, I assist mental health professionals in enhancing their competence, especially with complex cases and the use of EMDR therapy

I hope for the chance to connect with you and to contribute to your goals.

Meet Rani

Life’s challenges can often leave us feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from ourselves and others. Whether you’re navigating past traumas or struggling with present-day anxieties, I’m here to provide a safe and nurturing space for your healing journey. Grounded in an attachment and nervous system perspective, I believe in fostering a deep understanding of how our experiences shape our responses to the world.

My therapeutic style is characterized by warmth, empathy, and a touch of humor, creating a non-judgmental environment where you can explore your experiences authentically. I view each client as inherently resilient, possessing the strength and inner wisdom needed to live a fulfilling life.

Together, we will cultivate insight, develop coping strategies, and empower you to reclaim your life. My clinical experience includes supporting teenage and adult survivors of sexual trauma facing a wide range of issues including anxiety and depression, toxic shame, low self-esteem and self-worth, deep attachment wounds, and relational trauma.

To help you achieve your goals, I incorporate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, ego-state and somatic interventions, and mindfulness techniques to help you process and heal from your past experiences.

My educational background comprises a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling attained from the University of North Texas at Dallas. Additionally, I am an EMDR trained therapist and a Registered Yoga Teacher. I hope to connect with you and walk alongside you on your journey to healing and growth.

Meet Heather

My counseling philosophy is a holistic, systems-based approach. I believe that people are
influenced by their relationships, communities, and the larger societal context. Understanding how personal experiences interact with these broader factors is key to helping clients grasp their challenges and strengths. I work hard to create an open, authentic therapeutic environment where clients feel safe and supported. I focus on building genuine connections and use humor to break down barriers, making therapy a relaxed and approachable experience. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, tailored to each person's unique needs and goals.

I have experience working with LGBTQIA+ clients and with issues related to gender and sexual identity exploration, anxiety, depression, mindfulness, and trauma. I strive to provide affirming and inclusive care, recognizing the diverse experiences within the LGBTQIA+ community, and creating a space where all identities are respected and celebrated. Besides traditional therapeutic methods, I’m also a certified yoga teacher. I can bring mind-body practices like breathing exercises, meditation, guided visualizations, and gentle movement into sessions. These practices can help clients manage stress, process emotions, and develop better self-awareness, leading to a stronger connection between mind and body.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree from Texas Woman's University and a Master’s degree in Counseling from Southern Methodist University, where I graduated summa cum laude. My education, along with my work experience, has given me a solid foundation in counseling theories and practices, especially when it comes to working with diverse populations. My yoga certification also allows me to integrate holistic techniques into my therapy sessions, supporting clients in their journey toward self-discovery, healing, and personal growth.
